Subject: RFC/VOTE: subtle change to Rush GUI color scheme for next release

I was noticing that under Win XP, the GUI toolkit that the Rush uses
uses a 'tan' color scheme for irush.

This seems to look nicer than the 'battleship gray' we see on the other
platforms, so I thought I'd investigate standardizing on that color scheme.

I have screenshots for each platform, with the current scheme on the left,
and the new scheme on the right:

The differences are admittedly subtle, but I figure anything that
can easily make things look a little nicer might be a good thing.

	About 8 or 9 votes came in.

	Sounds like the designer types prefer the tan,
	and the hardcore unix folks either prefer the battleship gray,
	or don't care either way. Most people seemed to like the tan
	look in the XP config only, but not under linux or osx. Huh.

	Interesting.

	Rob Minsk requested it be configurable, and maybe I can do that,
	saving the settings in the ~/.irushrc file so that the changes 'stick'
	once set.

Actually configurable would be good for us too, we have a couple of weirdos
that have everything black with grey text. I wouldn't want to get on the
wrong side of anyone that dark.
