Yes, rush supports FIFO, it's been an option for several years, and is stable in 102.42a9c. The default is "round robin", but it can be changed if you change the following line in your rush.conf file: sched rr ..to instead be: sched fifo ..and jobs of equal priority will run in FIFO order, i.e. the order jobs were submitted.
