My raccoon timer circuit. It's a long story, but I have raccoons that think
my goldfish pond is a sushi restaurant, so I've had to wage war with technology.
Here we have an industrial timer circuit that is midway in construction. Not shown
are the relays and other components needed to control an irrigation system that
makes the raccoons think twice about eating my fish.
I finished the circuit in 2011, and sealed it inside a weather proof ammo case.
It's been working since then keeping my fish alive. It blasts the raccoons
with a triangular arrangement of impact sprinklers controlled by an IR motion sensor
that monitors the pond.
