I was thinking of santa claus dressed as a circus clown disguised as a fire hydrant, wearing a wool lined sheep skin jacket and pants. Or maybe latent memories of Dumbo, where the clowns were wearing fire hydrants, or some mixed up memory. Buttons on wrong side of jacket; he's looking in a mirror maybe?
